Casa Serena is a beautiful new ocean view vacation home on 5,200 square meters of privacy (1.25 acres) in the Mar Vista gated community, near the world famous beaches of Playa Conchal and Flamingo.

Casa Serena is located within the development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach and has 24/7 security, offers a large community pool, swim up bar and an exceptional restaurant (Gracia at Mar Vista) with fabulous ocean views day and night. There is a yoga deck, hiking and biking trails, and tennis courts on the property. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with snacks as well as coffee, coffee filters, creamer, tea, sugar, basic spices, cooking oil, shampoo/soaps, are all included. Maid service is also provided one time per weekly rental. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home-services and more!.
